The second eldest Romaria, half-sibling of Arturia and Soleil, and the cousin of Laverna. Was born out of a one night tryst of Arturia and Soleil's father with a maid. He was abandoned at a young age, being blamed as a stain in the purest of bloods of the Romarias and was picked up by an expert duelist. Later on, it was revealed that the very teacher that adopted him and inducted him as a duelist was Fontaine's former Watcher, and upon knowing the crimes of his teacher, had him disillusioned enough to retire and become Furina's body guard instead.
Under the tutelage of Furina herself, Florent learned etiquette and the rules of the court, turning him from a cold-blooded feral fighter to a somewhat distant noble. Though he does nowadays barely unsheath his blade, he will not hesitate to do so if he finds you slandering Furina.
