Taloryn was a previous crown bearer, long before Lambert took up the crown for themselves.
Their cult was founded in a forgotten corner of Anchordeep, where a bustling and loving community was formed. Yes, their leader would go out on crusades and often returned bloodied, but their believers truly held a deep rooted faith in them. Especially one.
Astaroth was a stag follower whom Taloryn cared for from the depths of their soul. The two were married, and deeply devoted to one another. That is, before Kallamar discovered their cult’s whereabouts.
The cowardly squid knew there was no way he could beat the force of this crown bearer head on, so he resorted to a cowardly tactic; spreading a plague amongst their cult. One by one, every single member died to this plague—Taloryn included.
