Skills or Hobbies: Enjoys collecting and neatly displaying aesthetically appealing and/or rare objects, particularly those made of precious metals or stones. He has an eye for detail and organization. He also enjoys reading and planning of various kinds and has a small writing hobby. He's interested in learning to make his own wine but hasn't gotten around to letting anyone teach him. A lot of his time is spent on making sure he looks nice, especially if he'll be making any public appearances.

Personality Traits: He is vain, and believes he's better than everyone else due to his godly parent. Lucifer always has to be right, and can get a bit frustrated if something or someone even attempts to contradict that. He tends to be mildly impatient when it comes to the little things, but patient when it comes to the big and important things that require planning. He can be generous to those he seeks to influence, but you'd best have a good reason before asking him for anything if you're not a high ranking individual, because he likely does not respect you. Still, he does care about mortals in his own way, as he believes it's his responsibility to lead them and make decisions for them - the best decisions, because they come from him, and he obviously knows what's best for everyone else. Therefore, he rarely acts with actual malice, and will in fact do good things in order to boost peoples' perception of him as worthy of their admiration.
Lucifer spends a fair bit of time on his appearance and keeping clean and presentable. He's a bit of a germophobe and wishes to stay away from all kinds of filth and dirt. If he becomes too stressed (which he tries not to show externally, but does anyway), he likes to get away from everyone else and relax in a bubble bath. Do not dare to interrupt him (though he might forgive you if you're bringing good wine).
If even a single strand of hair won't stay in place, it can ruin his day (which can make for a less pleasant day for those who serve him).
He doesn't much like to kill if it's going to make a mess or require a fight - intimidation (in his case, using words) or letting someone else deal with it usually does the trick, though if someone is constantly acting like a thorn in his side he has no moral issue with taking the person out.

Powers/Abilities:
Holy/Life Magic - Lucifer's primary magic he uses involves using holy magic, which is extremely effective offensively against demons. It can be used in other ways as well, such as to heal humans. He is even capable of removing things like diseases from humans, or regenerating their limbs. The healing effects do not work on demons but may have limited use on cambions.
Immortality/Regeneration - Lucifer can be 'killed' only temporarily, and will always grow back from his indestructible heart. It only takes minutes to hours to grow back to full health and power, depending on how badly he was damaged. If you've only damaged him and not killed him, any damage will be healed within minutes naturally even if he does not use life magic to speed it up.
Distortion Gates - Lucifer can build gateways or portals between worlds. Stable gates that remain where they're placed and allow others to use them can take hours to properly create, but unstable gates which he can use for personal travel or defense take between a single moment to minutes to create, depending on size. Though he surely could find all sorts of worlds with experimentation, he tends to just use these to either block projectiles by sending them into nowhere spaces or to travel between Hell and Earth.
Pyromancy - Lucifer can control or create fire. Though he can control any fire in his environment, that which he produces may have a whitish or blueish hue from holy magic infusion. He can create ambient warmth and is rather heat-resistant himself.

Fighting style: Lucifer wants to avoid getting hit - how dare you even try! Thankfully for him, he is very fast and has good reflexes. He moves elegantly/fluidly when it is possible to do so without taking a hit. He seeks to take out enemies in a single strike, but will often simply use his magics to take them out from a distance so he won't even have to break a sweat. Most demons cannot survive a single holy magic attack from him.

Weapons and armor: Though he doesn't wear armor, Lucifer has two main weapons. He carries a small enchanted knife with him at most times – this knife has the magic to pull a soul out of a living being without cutting the body and making a mess of things. He also has an elegant sword he keeps near his throne. This sword will actually cut you for real and yes, it is also magical.

Other Details: Son of Life, and king of Hell. The warden of souls. Consumes the souls of humans daily to increase his power, but only those he views as sinners (those who have committed great wrongs which harmed others, typically).
One would think Life's child would be good...and Lucifer was hoped to be. He was hoped to be the end to the ancient warring between demons and humans and become a king who might benefit both. But the gods are not entirely omniscient, and Lucifer had a bit of a different way of doing things, unfortunately for everyone else. Life may care about him, but she also views him as one of her greatest mistakes. Due to their own rules, however, neither of the gods can take Lucifer out themselves.
Lucifer feels the gods are doing a terrible job - they ought to be worshipped and praised and solve all of the problems of Earth, yet they won't even show themselves and display their power. They keep to themselves too much and left the world alone, allowing humans to believe whatever they wanted! He wouldn't be like that. He desires to rule over the surface world same as he now rules Hell. He wants to be praised and loved for the benefits he could provide and feared by those who might oppose him. It's for their own good. If they get down on their knees and worship him as their new god, good.
He wants Kirudon, the son of Death, to rule the worlds with him...After all, the gods are two, and he doesn't mind sharing with a worthy friend. But if he will not join him, then he ought to stay out of the way.

Other random facts...
-Lucifer is mostly vegetarian, but not for ethical reasons. He just finds meat kind of gross. He'll eat the occasional white meat from poultry or fish but that's about it.
-Not fond of animals or anything he might see as 'unclean'. Does not want to be touched by anyone else without permission.
-With his distortion magic, Hell and Earth aren't technically the only worlds he can go, but canonically might be the only ones he does use these days. Long ago, when humans and demons walked the same Earth, a young Lucifer did a lot of experiments with this magic, which is how he discovered Hell - Death's experimental world - and was able to bring the surviving demons there after his first war. As this was many tens of thousands of years ago, no demon alive now lived back then. Many generations have passed, generations fed curated stories and propaganda over the years, to the point where most demons consider Lucifer a hero and savior for finding this new world for them when the war was lost, and do not consider that he was the main instigator that got them kicked off of Earth in the first place. Demons respect and fear Lucifer. Because of Lucifer's views, demons seem to have complex and varied opinions on humankind.
-Collects (and keeps safe) the condensed (non-conscious) forms of any pure human souls that find themselves in Hell. Currently in possession of  the soul of Kirudon's late wife. Allows Kirudon to hold onto it when he visits.
-Truly believes that taking over Earth will be best for all species, despite the massive casualties involved. In his mind, years - perhaps even centuries - of conflict now in order to spare future generations the chaos and disorder of the current world will be worth it. He feels he has a responsibility to every life form to commit to this takeover.
