Ceseal

Careful you cross this kiddo! She can stop you in your tracks and make it hard to use certain moves! Only if you step on her though.

Ceseal is an odd baby who loves to adventure and be a bit mischievous. Hiding and playing pranks, she seals away abilities of others before attempting to run away.

Poor thing can't go very far, as her back legs are useless, relying on the balance of her front legs and tail and holds her frame.

Doesn't stop her from trying!

Growing up, she eventually finds a way to walk, her legs now prosthetics she made herself. She grows to be somewhat of a tinker, making odd traps and machines of mischief. 

Think the machines that are complex and have chain reactions! 

Almost constantly she messes with people, laying her frame down and settling into it to snag an unsuspecting victim. 

Soon as you take the bait, she seals a move of yours (temporarily, it can be removed) and jumps up laughing, before soon taking off, proud of her prank.
