If you own one of my designs, please ensure that you are following these tos at all times <3

✧ Do not sell, retrade or regift the design for more than it was obtained for. If you obtained the design through a trade or gift, you are not able to sell the design for money. The only way you are able to sell it for money is if there is added value to the character such as art pieces commissioned for money.

✧ If the character is put up for offers in the future, please notify me before doing so, so that i can keep track of where my designs end up.

✧ If posting or using the character anywhere, credit me as the designer! (with a link back to either my toyhouse or one of my other social medias).

✧DO NOT under any circumstances use my design to promote nsfw and morally incorrect themes, such as pedophillia, racism, hate speech/imagery, homophobia, ect. Doing so will result in the design being confiscated and a public blacklisting which will prevent you from owning any of my other designs or artworks.

✧ Don't significantly change the design. Small edits or tweaks are ok, but try stick true to the original. Keep them looking like the character that i designed.

✧ Do not remove my design from Toyhouse or private them so i am not able to view them (ie. making them visible to only yourself or authorised users only.) I must be able to view my design at all times so i can ensure that all TOS are being followed.

✧If any TOS are broken, i have the right to remove the character from your possession.
