Thaddeus

.: PAST - Vacation Arc :.

Thaddeus grew up with a rather brilliant mind. Working almost to the point of obsession landed him with a comfortable job as a VP for a Cafe Restaurant chain. With his easy going nature and genuine kindness to help others, Thad grew popular with his colleagues as a trusted friend. 

One day while on vacation, Thaddeus decided to visit one of the cafes from his own chain. Since he was upper management, the man never really took the time to go and visit all the stores. So, while on vacation, it was the perfect opportunity to be able to visit one without having to worry about business talk and simply enjoy the food.

 When he walked into the cafe, the sloth bun was instantly drawn to the shop's manager. Vincent's hard working attitude and focus reminded him a bit of, well, himself. Something sparked in Thaddeus that he hadn’t ever felt before and it compelled him to try to get to know this other bun better. 

Since he was on vacation, Thaddeus went to the cafe everyday just to sit quietly, enjoy a cup of chai, and doodle on napkins. Each day he felt a growing fondness for Vincent. He often ended up waiting until closing hours when the cafe was less busy to talk to the manager.

 On his last day of vacation, Thaddeus finally worked up enough courage to write his number on a napkin for the pride bun before leaving back to the corporate headquarters.  Unfortunately for him, Vincent never saw the napkin with the number, as it was thrown away, mistaken for garbage. Without giving his name or any sort of information about his personal life, Thaddeus didn’t hear from the cafe manager. 

.: PAST - Corporate Office Arc :.

A few years have past and neither have been in contact with each other, as Thaddeus assumed Vincent turned him down. One day, one of his colleagues mentioned that there was a new face to be added to the upper management team, and they would have a meeting to welcome him. When the meeting began, the CEO offered an extended hand to the newcomer. To say Thaddeus was surprised to see Vincent walking in was an understatement. ---- MORE INFO TBH
