ARDENT VITALIS	INCARNATION OF JUSTICE	ARBITER OF JUDGEMENT

PERSONALITY	STATS
Ardent is the incarnation of the virtue justice, and he values striking down cruelty and evil and getting revenge for the weak above all else. Despite his incredibly strong conviction, he can sometimes come off as blasé to some, tending to say things along the linesof “I’m pleased as long as there is always as much good things in the world as there is sin and misery”. However, he means it more in the sense that for every act of hatred of injustice there is, he’d like to always balance it out with vengeance. He holds equality above all else, and things it is silly to hate the incarnation of sins as long as they’re just a victim of their consenquence. However, he doesn’t tolerate/hates the idea of any of them ecnouraging humans to sin, as that might lead them away from god. He is... very devoted to his god, and despite considering himself an excellent judge of character, he will always defer to his god’s judgement for the final say... unless he has reason to start to think he might not always be right. He takes pride in being a very analytical person, and can come across as a know-it-all. He just likes to Flex His Knowledge... Ardent, like the other sins and virtues, has been reincarnated several times and lived many lives as a human. However, he was unfortunately handed some... shitty, traumatic experiences in the lives he lead, and he began to feel that he was failing at his job when there were so many instances of humans living miserable lives where their efforts were never rewarded no matter how virtuous they were. It got to the point where he began to think even his god wasn’t willing to make it so people had the experiences they deserved. He began to mistrust his own ability along with his god, and that’s sort of warped his worldview along with his own purpose. He has taken each of his own lives into account when judging others, and some of his own memories and unresolved anger has started to make him... a bit biased. His lives have also made it so he refuses to actually trust or depend on anyone, believing literally anyone and everyone is capable of hurting people.	Ardent actively tries to understand and develop relationships with everyone to understand them as deeply as he can. He holds a special interest towards the sins, wanting to know exactly what makes them tick in the instance that they might show some insight into the humans he passes judgement upon. Some of the virtues might even accuse him of fraternizing with them, which would just make him and kaugh and jokingly (or perhaps truthfully) agree... he just can’t stay away. He tends to be overly analytical when interacting with people, judging everything both he and his conversational partner says in an effort to truly fill out his mental map of them. He has an innate need to have a conplete understanding of absolutely everything, and never gets bored analyzing human and sin alike. This gets him accused of treating people more like characters or tropes to analyze than actual beings, and he finds it hard to deny that he doesn’t do that. However, he doesn’t think it’s a bad thing, and doesn’t want to change.
