You can resell, trade or gift a design by me after owning it for 2 weeks!

My designs can be sold, traded and gifted to anyone, unless i blacklisted them.

I wont revoke or take back any design ^^ 

1-my designs can be used for ALMOST everything. but please dont use them for anything that promotes hate to others, problematic themes, nasty stuff, don't sexualize them please, and DONT involve them in anything drug/substance related PLEASE this makes me EXTREMELY uncomfortable.

2- Please dont hide your designs, or at least tell me, i want to keep track of who owns them for comfort reasons

3-If you gift or raffle a design by me, note that it will lost its monetary value, until the new owner adds more art pieces to the design. /can't be resold but traded and gifted

4- Dont resell for a higher price, unless it haves art and dont lowball please! my designs take a lot of effort, so i dont want them to be lowballed or re-sold with discounts

5- Please always credit my art and designs, even if its away from toyhou.se, dont remove credits! 

6-DONT STEAL , COPY, HEAVILY INSPIRE OR HEAVY COLOR PICK MY DESIGNS, you can take inspiration of them and you can use similar color palettes as i dont own colors at all, but please dont make plain copies of them

7- ABOUT REDESIGNS: You can redesign patterns, simplify, modify species, add or remove accesories as you wish until the design is still recognizable

8- PLEASE NOTE: you're the owner of the design, but i still have creator rights, and i didn't give up on them! this means i have no posession over the character or art, but they do haves rules that have to be followed and breaking them results in strikes that can lead to a blacklist! 

You agree to this when you obtain a design by me!
