Emergency Comms (MLP or Cats)

In short, I moved out of my abusive dad's house (I'm 16), and he proceeded to steal all of my money out of my bank account (about $250). I don't know what to do since I don't have a permit or a job.

I only accept PayPal and Cash App since they can hold my money without sending it to my bank account which my dad has access to.

I am best at drawing pomies from MLP, but I'm willing to pratice drawing Warrior Cats too.
