— Don't claim you made the art and don't remove my watermark and if posting my art anywhere. In addition, do not post it unwatermarked and add my credit.

  — Do not resell for more than you got the adopt, if you got it by trade then no selling for money. Do not resell for more without extra art. (added art can be personal or commissioned, but be reasonable. You will be blacklisted if you add a headshot sketch and list it's worth as $60 or something.) 

  — You may redesign the design as much as you'd like but please still credit me for being the original creator.

  — Please inform me beforehand if you're setting a character to private/auth only.  Do not delete the character profile

  — Do not resell/trade to anyone that doesn't have a Toyhou.se account 

— Designs and art by me are for personal use only (profile picture, wallpapers, etc.), there will be a fee if using commercially, discuss it with me beforehand.

  — DO NOT use the design to promote hate or for politics

 — You may co-own the design, but I won't make another profile for it.

 — Do not put a tradelock on my designs. I don't care if you're still attached to it, the new owner has full rights and may resell/trade/gift to whoever they wish.

— You may make NSFW art of the design UNLESS they are explicitly a child
