Jester Electroquack

No one can put a pin in what this duck is all about. Has a habit of playing both sides, and greedier than the average Toon. While he does have a good heart, he tends to put himself first and seems to have the luck to back him up on that, with the smarts to match. Don't think he won't go toe to toe with a few cogs to get his way either, he packs quite the whollop with that throwing arm.

Some have noticed his rather particular soft spots with certain cogs, but who's a Toon to judge? Got one heck of a habit of disappearing when you're looking for him. Also has a knack for never getting into trouble unless he wants to. There's a rumor he has an excellent singing voice...
