Jailyn is a sweet gal. She is tough too and can be pretty optimistic, it’s hard for her to leave something, she would try her best to achieve her objectives.
She can absorb electricity then release it. She doesn't have electricity by default, however she can make some by rubbing her hands for example or anything that makes energy if you want.
