[4.] Penn

Penn is an artist with the appearance of a bluish purple outfit with blue paint splattered on it often. He has grey pants with a brown tool belt and brown boots. He also wears a brown beret on his head. He has blue eyes with blue and brown hair. He can mostly be seen holding a paintbrush with most of the time it having blue paint on it.

Penn is a really energetic painter who loves making free art for people and just simply giving it away. It makes him super happy seeing how much people really enjoy his art. His favorite color to paint with is the color blue but he doesn't have much of a reasoning as to why that is the case besides him thinking it looks cool. He does have a huge liking of birds, music, carrots, and jewelry as those will give him many many many ideas as to what he could paint. Whenever people interact with him, he can be extremely friendly... maybe too friendly that people find it creepy sometimes but at the same time very heartwarming.
