My terms of service

I don't have much but,,

You don’t have to agree with these but you still have to follow them to own my designs and use my bases, these are here for reasons

Design T.O.S:

1•I have the right to revoke a design of mine regardless of when you were granted ownership but I won’t do it unless I have to, if you repeatedly use my designs to make me uncomfortable I will revoke them

2•if you give any of my designs to a blacklisted user you will not be able to own my designs (ill give a warning if the person didn't know)

3•do not redesign my designs and take the credits for it (ex: removing my toyhou.se credit after redesigning a character)  This will result in a character being revoked  (obviously you can say the redesign was by you, just not the og or whole character) keep my credit

Bases T.O.S:

1•credit is required, please don’t put “credit to original artist”

2•don’t try to claim that you made the base or that it’s your art

3•i don't care if blacklisted user uses my bases, unless its to rip off a character 

4•don’t use my bases to rip off other designs 

5• my non feral bases can be used for NSFW unless specifically stated otherwise (and no animal genitalia)

If you are going to use my bases for NSFW purposes please credit me non directly (via link rather that artist credit if using on toyhou.se)

Art T.O.S:

1•tracing is fine (with credit) for new artists 

2•do not draw nsfw of underage ocs (I had this happen with underage characters and its just disappointing and disgusting )

3•do not claim my art as yours (this includes bases)

Other stuff:

1•do not harass any of the users on my blacklist, if they make you uncomfortable just block/ignore them

2•Do not flirt with me, I may be poly but im taken and not in an open relationship (plus kinda weird to do to strangers)
