Welcome to my Toyhou.se! I hope you enjoy your visit here! Before you view my art and characters, there are just a few things you need to know!

Palkia-Giratina’s Terms of Service (T.O.S.):

My Art:

1. Please do not redistribute or reupload my art without my given permission. If you need to contact me about any of my art, I ask that you reach out to any of my social media accounts (i.e. Toyhou.se, Instagram, DeviantArt, et cetera). If you are unable to contact me via these accounts due to reasons such as being blocked by me, please reach out to friends of mine, and we can discuss things from there.

2. My art is not to be used in edits, compilations, videos, et cetera, unless I have given you permission to do so. My art is also not allowed to be used by any sort of AI. I–among many other artists–do not support AI “art” and do not want myself or my art to be associated with it. This also includes using AI on my art.

3. My artwork is not to be traced, resold, or reproduced without my permission.

My Characters:

1. You are not allowed to claim any of my characters as your own.

2. You are not allowed to copy or heavily reference the designs or stories of my characters. Most of my characters are very personal to me and mean quite a lot. By doing this, it is an insult to both me and my creations. This is something I will not take lightly.

3. None of my characters are for sale or trade unless I explicitly say so. Please do not try to bargain for my characters. I have a designated place for characters to be sold or traded; please refer to my adoption center for this.

4. Please refrain from drawing any NSFW (this includes, but is not limited to: art of sexual nature, nudity, fetish art, et cetera) of my characters. Since my audience is made up of primarily minor-aged individuals, I ask that there be no NSFW art made of my characters as it would only be harming them.

My Designs/Adopts:

1. You are allowed to gift, resell, or trade any designs or adopts you receive from me. However, I do have a few conditions with this rule. If reselling a design or adopt of mine, I ask that you do not sell it for more than you bought it for unless there is a justifiable reason for doing so. You are not required to gain my permission to do any of this, but I would appreciate a friendly heads-up so I may keep track of things.

2. Please remember to credit me for my designs and adopts. Although the character will be yours after purchase, claiming you designed the character is an act of plagiarism and art theft, and it will not be tolerated.

3. If you are regifting, reselling, or trading designs or adopts not created by me, please make sure to properly credit the original artist(s). Again, not properly crediting the original artist(s) is considered plagiarism and art theft. This will not be tolerated. Also, please remember to read each individual artist’s T.O.S. as they are likely different from my own, with different rules regarding their design and adopts.

Blacklist:

Blacklisting individuals is not something I take lightly. The individuals on this list have either violated my T.O.S. or have done something personally to me to end up on this list. Even though these individuals have done awful things, I ask that you do not send any hate or harassment their way. They are still people and will hopefully learn and grow from their mistakes. Please do not encourage interaction between me and these individuals.

Luckywing - Continuously lied about many triggering topics (such as TW rape, suicide, death of a family member, et cetera) that not only harmed me, but many other individuals as well.

EeveeKitti (On most socials) / ✧ Serial - Designation ✧#9410 - Continuous and unjustified harassment towards me; Violated my T.O.S. by claiming one of my characters as his own and then proceeding to redistribute it after I had given the character away; falsely accused me of stealing a character of his.
