They're just a moth who does moth things

They love meeting new people, though they're bad at containing their excitement in doing so

They're mostly mute, as their vocal chords don't allow them to speak, but they can still make little noises, similar to those that a death's head hawk moth. Due to their inability to speak verbally, they speak using sign language 

I've had this guy for a while, just decided to redesign him a bit
