Euphoria went mad a few decades ago, obsessed with the idea of joy and smiles. He became desperate for people to smile, needing them to smile. He tried to build a machine to make people happier and remove the 'plague' of upset in the world.

Eccentric and always laughing, Euphoria does not remember what he was in the past, a doctor that tried to save lives and bring joy.
