  Customs & Adopts

      By reading this, the client understands they are to follow by the following terms when recieving an adopt or custom by me.

     1. You may edit or change the design I make you, but you are not to sell them as separate designs, period.

   2. You are not to edit my art work to change or adjust the design I make you. Redraw it yourself. Do not edit my work, period.

 3. When in the circumstance you are recieving a design from me in exchange for; Art and/or ocs, you are not allowed to resell said design UNLESS commission worth has been added- and then can you only resell them for the amount of commissioned work.

4. You are not to resell my designs for more then you paid for it. (This excludes designs with added commission worth)

5. You are not allowed to delete my designs from Toyhouse, period, ever. If you no longer wish to own them; contact me. Never delete

6. Sexualizing my kidcore adopts/designs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate blocking/blacklisting. 

7. Please do not make my art or ocs into NFTs or anything crypto.

8. Do not delete the characters from toyhouse, thank you.
