latteswiirl's terms of use for character adopts
- You may gift, trade, resell the design if no longer wanted, but you cannot resell for more than you bought it for unless you've added high quality artwork to the character that you made yourself or commissioned from others. You're welcome to reach out to ask me (latteswiirl) before selling to make sure it's okay!
- All my designs are by default for personal use only. Commercial rights can be negotiated with an additional fee, reach out to me (latteswiirl) to discuss!
- The adopted character is now YOUR character, but if you upload or use the original artwork made by me (latteswiirl), please give me credit! You may adjust the design however you like as well but please give me credit for the original design.
- Do not use any characters adopted by me for hateful reasons, or commercial uses if you have not already purchased those additional rights.
