Personality: Protective and seemingly unfeeling, but very goofy and sweet to those she is close with; maid and bodyguard of Caelia
Tori is a snowy owl variant of decidueye. You can see her rowlet and dartrix forms when she was younger in her character profile, but she is currently the decidueye form. Her hood is more like a fluffy, warm shawl/cloak, and instead of the leaf tendrils of a normal decidueye, she has a snowflake crystal with pom poms attached to the hood. Note that her hood also has three feathers instead of one.
When she fights, she shoots with great accuracy, using her feathers as her weapon of choice. Her ultimate ability is named Icy Quill with a rain of feather-arrows.
