Wendy is the sunshine of her little town. She works as a nurse and as a country singer, both in order that the chiropterans of her town are happy and hopeful. Because of her kindness, she's highly respected in her town, even by the sheriff himself.
She's also very lovestruck-y, falling in love with basically everyone she meets (men, women and anything in between), even the invading superheroes in her town. She really hopes she'll be someone's wife someday.

She lives with her cousin, named Dimitri Mustang.
