By purchasing or receiving designs created by CrimsonDragon, you agree to the terms below:
SALE POLICY: All sales are final. There are no refunds once the character has been transferred to you. I reserve the right to refuse to sell if I suspect you will not follow my Terms of Service. Flat sales are first come first served.
CREATIVE RIGHTS: You may use these characters in non-commercial or personal projects in any way you desire. This includes but is not limited to use in literature, role-playing with them in forums/discord/etc, adding as a video game sprite, etc. However, if you wish to use these characters for commercial purposes you must obtain written authorization from me, the creator.
You may not claim any original artworks that came with the character as your own. You may redesign the character how you see fit, and draw it in any way you see fit.
RESALE RIGHTS: You may regift, trade, and sell the character any way you see fit.
SHOWCASE RIGHTS: I reserve the right to showcase any of my original designs for portfolio purposes, regardless of who owns the design at that time.
