   James's on again off again girlfriend/enemy/friend.

Personality:  Ditzy but intelligent, outgoing, crazy about fashion. She prefers long walks on the beach and adventuring outdoors to clubbing and partying, but like most girls she loves shopping. Free-spirited but not openly rebellious, loves her dad even if she rarely does what he says. 

Design notes:  Dresses in trendy, usually skimpy but not immodest outfits. Has lots of different clothes, so feel free to draw her in whatever! Usually has at least one piece of expensive jewelry on her at all times. 

   Delilah has always lived a life of luxury. The daughter of a shipping tycoon (and though she doesn't know it, crime kingpin) she's had nary a care throughout her childhood. Educated at the best schools, shopping at the finest luxury stores, and globetrotting the world every summer vacation, she has no qualms about spending her dad's hard earned ill-gotten cash. She can be poised and sophisticated when she needs to, but is mostly a let loose kind of gal who just wants to have fun. (Though she's not big into clubbing or partying, she's more of an outdoor activities gal) She loves adventure and is super outgoing when she's not with daddy's stuffy friends. She's not aware of his massive criminal enterprise or where her shopping money comes from. She even loves her dad, and would rate him as an A+ father (though like all dads he can be embarrassing and behind the times) 

   She's wanted to be an actress and a fashion model ever snice she was a little girl. Dad disapproved, wanting her to go to a prestigious school and marry an upstanding gentleman. She's been dragging her feet the whole time. She doesn't want to get married (yet), and law school is just so not cool. She's taking a gap year from high school to travel the world when she meets James at a party in the South of France. 

   She's never met a guy like James before. He seems to have no idea what he's doing. He's clumsy, awkward, and doesn't like to party. He's nothing like the uptight snobs her dad sets her up with. He's ... perfect! She just hopes daddy approves.
