Once a warrior, Leopardfish now trains as a medicine cat apprentice with his best friend Halfblossom. He suffers from mysterious ailments and chronic pain that led to him onto his current path. Frustrated at his inability to be a 'proper' warrior, Leopardfish hopes to cure himself. He is impatient, stubborn, compassionate, and crafty. Leopardfish is particularly close to Ruststar, as his leader was his warrior mentor, and grieves his absence. He is named after his leopard-like spotting and aptitude for swimming. Sometimes, he swims in the river and catches fish to prove to himself he is still partly a warrior, even if it hurts him.
