These rules only apply to designs by ME. When getting designs by others, follow that creator's TOS.

If you got an oc from me, please ping me if they're UFO again so I have a chance to offer for them back if I want them again :)

Do NOT remove me from my designs- do not draw over signatures and watermarks or remove creator credits for images or character profiles
Don't resell my designs for more than you paid-if you added art you can charge what that art's worth. Don't trade art for a design and then sell it for $10 or even $1. You can't profit off of MY hard work.
Please keep my designs on Toyhouse. If you private the OC please let me know or find a way for me to still see it exists (like a character key)
You may NEVER trace, copy, rip off, or heavily reference my art, designs, characters, or bases. I will create a public blacklist and put you on it.

Once the trade/transaction is completed, you completely own the OC. I can't demand them back and the same goes for whatever oc I adopt from you.
