A bunny boy that is obsessed with social media and gossip. 

Any time a person asks him what his occupation is, he always changes the answer. Not even those closest to him know what exactly he does for money. People often speculate that he works for the government by providing them information on the latest criminals.

Personality

Kilo is very charismatic and easy to get along with. Because of this, Kilo knows practically everyone, as well as the latest drama they've wrapped themselves in. He never actually shares anyone's secrets unless explicitly told its okay... or if it'll hold him at an advantage against you. If there's something that you have or know that Kilo wants, he is more than prepared to blackmail you to get what he wants. He's definitely a person who you wouldn't want your back turned to.

Backstory

Kilo's relationship with his parents was far from good. He could always tell they favored him over his sister. They would congratulate him where she would get scolded, and always made sure to encourage him while looking down on Tera. Fed up with their mistreatment, Kilo decided they needed to run away from home. If they weren't going to respect his sister, then he didn't want to make them happy. The twins ended up staying at a distant relative's house who was more accepting.

While in school, Kilo always wanted to be popular. In his various attempts to force people to become his friends, others would often get fed up and start mocking Kilo or flat out ignore him. He never let them hinder his efforts though, and always kept pushing forward. At least as the end of the day, he always had his sister, Tera. Eventually she became the only one who liked having him around, and Kilo realized she was the only one who mattered. If the two could be happy keeping each other company, then that's all he needed.

As soon as he found out social media existed, Kilo's goal to become popular was revived once again. If people around him didn't appreciate his presence, then surely those online would! Between dumbfound luck and constant posting, Kilo managed to get a shit ton of followers and friends equally as popular. 

After a while, just having people pay attention to him felt dull. Kilo wanted to know what everyone else was up to. So he went around and started chatting with people online, and oh man they sure had a lot of things to say. Things you usually wouldn't tell others. So then he created a new hobby for himself, figuring out as much as he could about everyone.
