Pizzelle is a member of Passione. More specifically, La Squadra Esecuzioni. She grew up with her single mother until she tragically died when Pizzelle was only 15. She fell victim to a pimp who exploited younger girls and got dragged into prostitution for survival. She wasn't very personable, as she became quite cold to the world after her mother's death. However, she was very pretty, so she became popular. When she was around 18/19 years old, a John tried to kill her on a job, so she killed him. Her pimp didn't like that. She ran away and found a semblance of safety with Passione. She didn't need to sell her body anymore, so she was quite content with her new 'job'. When she gained a Stand from Black Sabbath, she recieved a large scar on her chest between her breasts.
Her Stand, SWEET THINGS, is a puppet/doll looking being that hovers behind her. It is tied to her and can't move independently. It emits a gas/fog that causes rapid necrosis. It starts at any open wound. The wound must be deep enough to draw blood. A scraped knee wouldn't be enough to be effected. The gas/fog has a very large range, so while it's unable to move independently, it doesn't really need to. It is an indiscriminate killer. The only one safe from the effects of the Stand is Pizzelle. If an ally is within range with an open wound, they will be hit.
When she got her Stand, she quickly became a cold blooded killer. Armed with a gun and a butterfly knife at all times, she is always ready to maim or kill. As such, after a few years in the gang, she was sent to join the Execution Squad where she very quickly fit in. She is an excellent teammate for Risotto. She is impatient, serious, cold, and kind of a bitch. However, she does hold genuine affection for any girls working the streets. She makes it a point to look out for them. She also does care about her team members. It was a slow process, but they became like family to her. She went with Risotto to confront The Boss. She died taking a hit that was meant for him, hoping he would be able to kill The Boss.
