You may NOT use my work for: NFTS/BLOCKCHAINS/CRYPTOCURRENCY , or AI or AI training. You have the right to use your commission for any personal use(avatars, wallpapers, icons, profile pictures, upload it to your own personal galleries with credit given, etc.) just as long as it isn't for commercial use or you claim you created the artwork. buyers have rights to re-post/ print/ use their commissioned material for personal items, if requested I will provide the PSD for adjustments for printing. buyers have the right to edit work commissioned as long as I am credited for the original work you may resell my adoptables if you want, but they are to be resold at the price you bought them for unless they have extra artwork, in the case that you have gotten or made a lot of personal artwork for them you may increase their value. - you may NOT use my designs for anything bigoted, transphobic, homophobic, racist or you will be blacklisted from all future purchases of my designs/art, I will also warn other artists as well. - you can change the species, design, gender, etc. of any of the designs or customs bought from me as long as you credit me for the original work. - you may get the design printed on shirts and other products for personal use. - You may Co-own a design of mine, but I will not get involved with any disputes involving these characters. If there is an issue with ownership I am not responsible nor do I keep track of adoptables once they have been sold ( I sell way too many adoptables to track each and every one ) - you may redesign an oc I’ve sold to you as much as you’d like, with the exception of some closed species as they have rules, but otherwise go crazy, as long as I’m credited for the original work and design I do not mind, that's your character now.
