⭐️Basic Sale/Transfer Rules⭐️

•Sale= only sell for what you bought and added to the design. DO NOT UPSELL!

•Gift= these can only be sold for 0 usd until you add art of value to them.

•Trade= can only be traded until you add value.

🚫This does not mean to add 100+ usd worth of basic basefills that anyone can do. Basefills can add a max of 15 usd per basefill🚫

⭐️Adopt Rules⭐️

•Must have a toyhou.se account or email for character transfers as I log every adopt made.

•This is primarily for adopt commission discounts I hand out (Will most likely ask for TH profile or email as proof)

•1 month cooldown for rehoming a design.

•Do NOT upsell for a higher value without adding art of some kind.

•You have permission to change anything about the design as you see fit but please credit me for the initial design.

⭐️AI & Theft⭐️

•Please do NOT trace, edit, or upload my art into AI programs of any kind. (Facebook filters included!)

•Do not use me as a middle man for commissions. (Have the client come directly to me.)

•Failure to adhere to any of the rules above will result in an instant block, ban, and blacklist.

•Any adopt that gets currently owned by a blacklisted person will not be eligible for discounted or current commissions. (Adopt will be eligible again once out of their hands.)

•Any block evades will make that adopt become a blacklisted design meaning they cannot get any art from me period.

•All proof of theft, AI, or block evades WILL be logged. Including blacklisted designs!
