TERMS OF SERVICE
- By buying my work, you agree to these terms, some rules will be a little more loose than others (those will be marked appropriately.)
- If you buy a commisson that is not a custom, DO NOT EDIT MY WORK. You may edit designs as you please as long as you keep them recognizable to the OG, but DO NOT EDIT MY ART (Draw the redesign yourself unless you get direct permission from me.)
-My work is NOT to be used for hate speech, NFTS, proshipping, zoophilia, racism, pedophillia or just other nasty stuff like that, be mature about it.
-NSFW is a-okay to draw with my designs, I am 20 so you wouldn't be drawing NSFW of a design from a minor!
- IF YOU ADD NSFW TO A DESIGN, TAG IT, DO NOT SELL NSFW TO MINORS!!!
-Do not sell my designs for more than you've gotten them for unless you add art! As long as you add even a little sketch you can trade them, I prefer you don't sell designs you didn't buy for money but I won't stop you unless I see you're scamming.
-DO NOT COLOUR PICK MY DESIGNS, I don't own colours but I much prefer my designs NOT to be colour picked 100% (You can steal some colours you think lool nice, just don't take the whole pallet + design)
-DO NOT COPY ANY OF MY DESIGNS FOR ANY REASON!! Most of my designs are not owned by me so you'd be stealing not only from me, but from my buyers. If you want smthing similar, commission me or take a gander at my adopts, I'm sure to have something you like
-I will not do designs based HEAVILY on existing fandom characters, I will edit it to have some similarities but I'm not drawing any fandom ocd but as a dog/cat
-I DO REFUNDS BUT ONLY UP TO WEEK AFTER PURCHASING ADOPTS, I DO NOT REFUND FINISHED COMMISSIONS. If you refund an adopt you are REQUIRED to send it back to me, you don't get to keep your money and the design I worked hard on.
- I DONT DO FREE TRADEBACKS, IF YOU ASK BACK FOR AN OC YOU TRADED FOR AFTER I HAVE PUT IN EFFORT FOR MY OFFER AND EXTRA ART, YOU ARE PUTTING IN THE EFFORT ANYONE ELSE WOULD!
-If you become blacklisted, I do take back designs BUT you will be refunded, even if it takes a bit, wether you did art, money or ocs, you will be refunded.
