Uses both technology and cat superpowers,,

Can see well in the dark, can easily climb, even has retractable claws on both hands and feet,, as well as heightened reflexes,,

Made their costume themselves, other than the mask which he drew the concepts but got it made by their superhero partner,,

Was scratched, by a scientifically tested cat... haha that's where they got their powers,,
