Dust

The stardust doesn't have any kind of power of its own (that she knows of at least) but she can control it and use it to create material objects, her favorite being wings which allow her to fly. Of course she does have her limits, which are her imagination, knowledge, and focus. Basically that means that if she wants to create a machine she has to know how it works or figure a way to make it work. Also all of her constructs last for as long as she focuses on them, if she gets distracted they collapse.

As far as personality goes, she's more of a pacifist who prefers to use her powers to help rather than fight. She's also very calm and quiet, and always has her head up in the clouds, but she's also very jumpy and gets easily startled, especially if someone approaches her while she's daydreaming.
