After going M.I.A during a business trip, the now dead surgeon return to Chroma with complete different genetic makeup. He was no longer there, but a parasite has token his place. The parasite lived and feasted on his body and brain to develop and grow into an powerful entity that posseses hivemind ability, along with many other abilities. BIG EYE took over the brain, so it can recall the surgeons memories and surgery skills with many ease. Although it doesn’t like to recall personal memories because it inflicts strong unnecessary emotion. It has sentient eyeballs that float around it and even grow leg sometime. The little guys like to walk around and interact with the world and help BIG EYE during surgery. 

When it had returned back to Chroma, the mayor was so taken back to the creature. Almost wanting the city officials to dispose of it. Once the mayor found out, BIG EYE has possessed the ability to grow organs out of its own flesh, he got a very devilish idea... (･ε･｀ )
BIG EYE now is one of the 4 people that run the city, owning the biggest successful hospital near the heart of the city. Offering very suspiciously offordable organ transplants for people with organ failure. Nothing seems out of the ordinary.. but someone has seem to not think this isn’t all out of pure intentions.
