The Picayune

So um the random adjective generator gave me the adjective 'picayune' which I was not aware was an adjective

Apparently it means 'a coin of small worth' so thsi man is worth like 5 cents  like hypothetically not actually. in universe they are worth 5 cents

Also the other two adjectives were 'Aquatic' and 'Miscreant'. Their power is being silly. Their power is absolute tomfoolery. Are those feathers? Gills? Fur? IDK
