Gauntlet's Ownership

TOS:

♡ I do not allow any of my work to be used for AI, NFTs, hate speech, bigotry, or illegal content such as CP

♡ Do not resell my designs for higher than you purchased them unless there is additional art (your own art can be included in the value!)

♡ Do not slim down designs made by me if they're fat, and do not whitewash them if they are nonwhite or nonwhite-coded (in the case of ponies or anthros with textured hair, for example)

♡ This is more of a preference since this can be a subjective topic, but I'd prefer that my designs aren't traded/sold to people who loudly tout being "proship" or "problematic", or people who frequently involve themselves with callouts/drama/witch-hunting/mean rumors etc!

♡ Once you have obtained art or designs from me, I will never revoke anything! Once it's yours, it's yours!

♡ Co-owning my designs is more than fine but must be negotiated by the owners, I will not get involved

♡ NSFW content is allowed for my designs as long as it follows TOS (not being hate speech/illegal/bigoted)!
