ABOUT
Kosmo is a new(ish) farmer in the valley, who inherited the farm from his grandfather. He realized he couldn't keep working a 9-5 while he was grieving, so moving was a sort of new start for him. Though not mute, they choose to not talk a lot of the time in order to preserve their social battery due to how long their days have become.

- he is an absolute beast in the mines. regularly comes back on the verge of passing out with 27 geodes

PERSONALITY
Kosmo is really motivated and work-oriented. This sometimes hurts him more than it helps, because he focuses on getting things done to such an extent that he forgets to take care of his own needs.
Despite being quieter, when he gets to know people he is very enthusiastic about the things he does. He's very amicable, and can help people solve their issues with one another.

PAST
Before moving to the valley, he worked an office job where he was, all things considered, miserable. He had to mask all day, surrounded by people who didn't understand him for pay which was barely enough to live on. The only real relationship he had with anyone was with his grandpa. When he died, it felt as if his world was ending.
One of his only escapes from the monotony of his life was reading. He loved genres of all kinds, but he read older classics the most.
PRESENT
He found real community within the valley, and found a sort of understanding that he wanted for a long time. Even after just a year, he made good friends with a large chunk of the town.
He tries his best to particpate in festivals and town events, but he works so hard that he's usually too tired to do so.

Harvey and Kosmo bonded over similar interests, and they trust one another a lot! Kosmo causes a lot of worry, though, due to how often he ends up in the hospital because of the skull caverns.
Kosmo considers Abigail one of his best friends. They find eachother easy to talk to, and often to go the mines together. Kosmo feels a little bad, though, because he knows Abigail has feelings he can't reciprocate.
Kosmo loves spending time with Emily, and they spend a lot of time making clothes together! They get along so well in part due to them both having more eccentric qualities.
