Design TOS

• Please do not resell my designs for more than they were bought for UNLESS they have added art, writing, etc. I do allow value to be added with extra art/writing (regardless of if its commissioned or not-- there's still value in it!), but I ask that ocs not be upsold drastically, especially from times before I accepted USD.
• Please do not use my designs for offensive, ableist, racist, fetishistic, or otherwise inappropriate content. If I find you're doing this, you'll be blocked. NSFW content of adult characters is fine, though I'll ask for my own preferences and comfort, please don't share it with me.
• Redesigns are ok, given it's clear how the original design was used for the redesign. I actually quite enjoy seeing my older designs get updated, or designs in general being translated to someone else's style!
• I've made a large amount of designs and, being a uni student, I can't feasibly look through all of my adopted designs to observe if anyone's broken my TOS. I will not go out of my way to do so either, as it will only cause me more stress. THAT BEING SAID: if you find anyone in violation of my second rule specifically, do let me know through PMs so I can block them. I don't want to go through the trouble of getting a design back (since I likely wouldn't do anything with them, anyways...) but I'd like to prevent further adoptions from users that violate that rule in the future.
