A restful and easygoing soul, Roya does not wish to trouble himself with lofty ideals or things that will be too much of a bother. He’s quite content just being himself, making music, and taking nice, warm naps in the sunshine. With a naturally curious and open mind, Roya’s intelligence isn’t to be underestimated, and he’s quite good at piecing information together. He’s unlikely to hold grudges - really, what a waste of energy in his opinion - and is quick to reconcile with.
It’s quite difficult to get under his skin, though it’s possible he’ll bother you by being too laissez-faire about life.
As such, he can come off as insensitive at times, not seeming to react with the intense or “right” amount of emotion to a given scenario. It’s not helped, either, by his bluntness - he doesn’t see the point in embellishments and can be rather cold and standoffish at times. Additionally, he has a stubborn, persistent streak - if he truly doesn’t want to do something, he’ll dig his heels in and behave like an uncooperative packhorse. His insistence on getting his way and being allowed to slack off - or, alternatively, being morbidly curious about a research topic - can also get him into quite some trouble.
It can be difficult to motivate if he doesn't see the point in what he's doing. But once you have him hooked, he is a dedicated and deeply thorough person.
