Partner in crime to Sonar, maybe a civilian who is very fashion-focused and has helped Sonar develop her costume.
I like the idea of her maybe at some point creating costumes for other heroes. Tetra's original character was the assistance to another oc who was in the batfam so makes sense for her to maybe be connected to Sonar.
