Open species!

MUST HAVE:

-Frills on head
-Large derpy eyes
-Mouth connected to eyes
-Long long neck
-Smoll wings and tails
-Stubby limbs and small body

YOU CAN:
-Change the wing's shape
-Add multiple wings
-Add multiple body parts (not on the neck)
-Add multiple tails
-Add multiple frills
-Add spikes
-Just any traits that doesn't interfere with the basic anatomy
