-Gifted designs may only be gifted, unless value is added. -Traded designs may only be traded, unless value is added. -Gifted or traded designs may only be sold if there is value added in the form of commissions or personal art, and may only be sold for the price of the added items. -Bought designs similarly should only be sold for the original price, and can only be sold for more if there is value added.
