Ohhh this guy is so pretty, even if the art is old. Might end up keeping, but only if I redraw 'em.
9/10 quite tentative, but mostly only because I really really want him to have a good home. If you manage to take him, I would really love to see him used. Feel free to ping me wherever. He was a very dear character to me.
