Sir.Frost died in 1910’s by a avalanche! Sold his soul to Skyler because they needed something to do since his old overlord died from the exorcists! He said he felt a connection to Skyler due to them being a psychic! Skyler excepted and he sold his soul to Skyler in order to be there butler/handyman! Skyler is still getting used to owning his soul since he also now lives in the hotel. Now being a butler to everyone in the hotel!
