They were also uniquely available for kittypets to find, as their camp is on a beach that many abandoned kittypets found by following the ocean. They had the highest percentage of first- and second-generation Clan cats when Redsight took power, and he found this state of things despicable. He and the older, more skilled traditionalist Warriors held the Clan under their thumb until the whole Clan at least appeared rageful and able to kill all outsiders.
