Flight and manipulation of spring and summer type weather. Can create wind, clouds, lightning, thunder, rain, tornadoes, etc and have control of them for the most part although strong emotions can sometimes affect this and cause accidental storms. Got his powers after surviving a disaster as a kid.

ISTJ. An intellectual and a master of deadpan sarcasm. Tom might have been a doctor if he had the stomach for it, but he gets squeamish pretty easily. Introverted enough that he prefers to hang behind in social situations but is never too far from his sister.

Twin sister Misty, who keeps him on his toes. Single father who isn’t always perfect but tries his best. Absent mother who left when he was young. Tom has no interest in her, having accepted that she never wanted him. He doesn’t care about that at all but hates that his sister still gets upset over it.

Can play the piano. Picky eater. Gets carsick but for some reason has no problem when flying inside a tornado.
