Ponzi might be your regular optimistic happy go lucky dog. She's quite naive and innocent and still can have a childlike wonder over her.
Which most find endearing and rather just, a 'pure' soul. She really wouldn't hurt a fly. It takes a lot to actually anger her.
She loves ot go to the beach and play in the water, look for seashells and just walk and talk about. 

Her body can somtimes be seen as of made form a liquid substance. It usually occurs when she herself is touching salt water.
Her fur just kind of wears off and the liquid substance becomes visible. It also somehow effects the pawpads f her back feet.
They somehow turn from pink to blue. her frint paws aren't affected though!
She sports a pretty string orce like tail instead of a regular dog tail. The tail and fin on her back are always visible.
