Raised by a kitsune, Taiga is a bakeneko who grew much stronger than the normal, and much smarter. 

He is kind and gentle, with an charming elegance. At the same time, he is very cynical and a little bit dreadful, when it comes to business and anything death related.

After escaping to the human realm, he created a Yakuza, with the help of a weretiger that he met, and there be established himself. In this kind of business, it's easy to find a fresh body to feed. 

He assumed the responsibility to keep the leaders in line, and to take care of any mess that a member of the family makes. In the end, he's the true leader, but that is kept under the carpet.
