Amitabh

Amitabh's a cocky, arrogant, mischievous sort of person who is still charming and lovable to those he deems worth the time and effort. He's the youngest god of his pantheon, born from the dying light of the star god Merahil and picking up the few positive echoes and qualities of said deity. Despite his credited domains being mischief, fire, autumn, and equivalent exchange, Amitabh's followers have dubbed him a 'god of many things' while citing many of his misadventures, shenanigans, and fraternization among mortals. Of his pantheon, he's the most hands on as well as the most likely to directly intervene on behalf of his followers, sometimes going so far as to physically battle on their behalf or to sacrifice previous offerings made to him in order to provide for the needs of those who pray to him. As such, he maintains a strong following and (much to the chagrin of Aunath especially) his cocky demeanor is justified. Despite his aloof attitude, he cares deeply and has been known to sometimes form deep bonds with mortals despite the inevitable pain that comes with their passing. He's rarely seen without either a tiger or a tabby kitten at his side, as he likes to bring his holy animal companion about with him. Azar was gifted to him as a sickly cub by the nature god Chalyrr, and Amitabh did such a wonderful job with him, the tiger was imbued with a little godly spark to allow him to remain at the deity's side.
