Spectro | N/A (They're dead, they don't age) | Non-binary (they/them) | Ghost/Trapped Soul (feline)

Spectro is quite the strange cat. Once thought to have passed due to a chronic illness, they were seen floating around the town they once inhabited. It shocked the few who had the chance to see them, and frightened others who were told the stories. Although Spectro doesn't enjoy this type of attention, they certainly feel relieved that they aren't all too alone. They just want to be happy again, and to do so they're using this second shot at "life" to do what they once couldn't. And, possibly, to pull a few pranks on occasion. All in good fun, of course. Hurting others is not their strong suite whatsoever.

In the end Spectro just wants everyone to be safe and happy, and definitely in good health. They do the best they can to help, yet others just tend to be spooked by their appearance. This, although upsetting to Spectro, doesn't put them in bad spirits, and they continue to try their best to tend to others' needs.

Character/Design Notes:

  • As expected, Spectro is usually invisible to those that are unable to see spirits. However, this fact can be changed if/when Spectro makes the (rare) decision to be seen. On the contrary, this "camouflage equse" feature does not affect Evangeline, as she can always - and I mean always - see ghosts.
  • Due to her ability to see ghosts, Spectro and Evangeline have met up/encountered one another on more than one occasion - even considering one another (somewhat) friends. After the first few meetings, Evangeline became unfazed by their (Spectro's) appearance, and is one of the few who can make such a claim.
  • Spectro is an example of a "trapped soul"; meaning that their soul is tied/trapped to that of the living realm, - for one reason or another - despite they themselves no longer living there. Likewise, they cannot leave the living realm, and their encounters with the "undead" (angels, demonkin, etc) - excluding "wanderers"/fellow trapped souls -  are few and far between.
