For fullbody:

Her jeans are ripped (think scene fashion), and come down to the beginning of her ankles

Socks/shoes are a sensory nightmare, she prefers to walk barefoot in the grass

Optional:

Feel free to add some sort of simple neon design to her right arm if you'd like :) (e.g. brightly colored bracelets, symbols/markings, etc.)
